Prices include:

  • Apartment rental, energy consumption, parking place, TV, Free Wi-Fi, child dining seat, child bathroom stool,
  • FREE change of linen and towels when staying longer than 8 nights,
  • ski storage (bike storage upon prior agreement).

Prices DO NOT include:

  • service charge (final cleaning of the apartment, bed linen, towels, hygienic equipment and a kitchen package) of CZK 1 250
  • a local recreational fee of CZK 21/adult/day

Bookings of stays in weekly cycles Saturday-Saturday are preferred, unless mentioned otherwise. Prices are shown per apartment (i.e. for 5 persons). Discount for smaller number of people is not possible.

Payment terms and conditions:

  • an advanced payment of 50 % of the price of the stay is due within 4 days after receiving the booking confirmation
  • an additional payment of the remaining 50 % of the price of the stay is due 10 days before the start of the stay
  • in the case of the last minute reservations, the payment of 100% of the price of the stay is due upon receiving the booking confirmation
  • we do not accept cash or credit cards, ALL payments must be made ONLY by credit transfer to our bank account

Cancellation fees:

  • more than 30 days before arrival: no charge
  • 29 – 10 days before arrival: charge in the amount of 50 % of the total price of the stay
  • 10 – 2 days before arrival: charge in the amount of 70 % of the total price of the stay
  • 1 day before arrival / no arrival: charge in the amount of 100 % of the total price of the stay
